His firsthand understanding of patient care and documentation challenges helps inform features that are practical, intuitive, and aligned with real clinical needs — helping move EMR technology toward a model that works more seamlessly for providers and ultimately benefits patient care.

CFO bringing deep operational and financial experience across managed care, provider networks, and healthcare reimbursement systems. His background includes credentialing, contracting, utilization management, claims administration, compliance, sales, and network development, with particular strength in contract negotiation and reimbursement strategy. Experience across organizations including Risk Management Networks, SimpleTherapy, SimpleBehavioral, SimpleMSK, and CHPC/ChiroSource gives him a practical understanding of the financial, regulatory, and operational realities that shape healthcare growth.
